1. Digital Products & Delivery

* All products sold on this website are digital items (e.g., templates, downloads, digital files, software, or media).

* No physical items will be shipped.

* Access to digital files will be provided via email or directly on the account/order page upon successful completion and verification of payment.

2. License & Intellectual Property

* Grant of License: When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the file.

* Restrictions: You may NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license, share, or upload our digital files to file-sharing platforms or public websites, whether in original or modified form. All intellectual property rights remain strictly with Ampspire.

3. Payments via UPI QR Code

* Payments are processed via manual UPI QR code transfer.

* Order Verification: Orders will only be processed and marked as complete after the payment is successfully received and verified in our bank/UPI account via the provided Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) or screenshot.

* Fraudulent Activity: Submitting false, invalid, or recycled UTR/transaction details will result in immediate cancellation of the order, permanent blocking of your user account, and potential legal action.

4. No Refund Policy

* Due to the immediate downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final.

* We do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the digital files have been delivered or accessed.

* If you experience technical issues downloading or opening your files, please contact us at support@astrology.ampspire.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

5. Modifications & Changes

* We reserve the right to modify these terms or update product prices at any time without prior notice.
